Products, prices and orders
Products include shipping containers, refrigerated containers, bungalows, modules and related equipment. Prices are in euros. Delivery, unloading, crane or specific service costs are shown separately or confirmed before validation.
Payment and delivery
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Delivery is carried out by specialized transport, generally within 3 to 10 business days after confirmation, subject to stock, payment, carrier availability and access.
Receipt, withdrawal and returns
The customer must report visible damage with photos. Consumers have 14 days where withdrawal applies. Customized, transformed or modified products may be excluded. Detailed conditions are on the Returns and refunds page.
Warranties and disputes
French statutory warranties remain applicable. In case of dispute, contact support first to seek an amicable solution.
