No return must be arranged without prior written approval.
Withdrawal right
Consumer customers have 14 days from receipt where this right is applicable. Requests must be sent to retours@zarkio.com.
Return costs
France: €300 to €900 excl. VAT. Europe: €900 to €1,500 excl. VAT. The exact amount is confirmed before collection.
